The Table Olives by Saluté Oliva are processed on site following traditional pickling methods, using only natural ingredients. The green olives are cut prior to the curing process in order to improve the fermenting process.
The olives are packed in extra virgin olive oil in attractive vacuum packs. Store in your pantry, cut open, serve and enjoy!
Package sizes: 150gr, 300gr or 750gr.
Commercial packages: 5kg pail (3.3kg olives) in light salt brine.
Only natural not marinated.

A green crunchy olive with quite robust flavours. The olive is of medium
size and
cherry like round.

Pickled in the traditional Greek way, a delicate taste. This olive is picked when black.

Both the Manzanillo and the Kalamata olives are available natural or marinated with a hint of chilli.

The semi dried olive
