Saluté Oliva, is a family owned and operated olive business specialising in producing first class extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) and table olives for the connoisseur.

The Olive Grove of Saluté Oliva is located in the beautiful country side of Central Victoria nested in between two lakes. The clean environment and fertile soil has convinced us to grow olive trees using organic principles. We are proud of this decision and know it will be appreciated by you.

The entire process from growing and tending to the trees, the irrigation management, harvesting, pressing the oil or pickling the olives is done by the family. Having the capacity to process the olives on the farm reduces the time from harvest to pressing or from harvest to pickling ensuring the highest quality of the products.

The in house bottling and filling plant allows small batch fillings enabling maximum freshness for every delivery.

Our customers are partners and not just buyers. We recognise the individual approach of businesses and the need to cater for the differences.
